We are focused on helping businesses transform their trading, marketing, risk, operations, and risk management functions centered around advanced analytics.

As a member of the Qi team, you will tackle the most challenging commercial analytics problems facing the industry. When you work at Qi, no two projects will be the same! You could be working on projects ranging from modeling market dynamics in the energy and commodities space using advanced data science to providing commercial risk/reward valuation on a complex asset or deal structure using real option theory and quant models.

You will be a key member of the Qi team expanding our “Analytics Talent Cloud” offer, where we partner with our clients to support, complement, and expand their commercial analytics capability.

What You Will Need to Succeed:

  • Passion for learning new skills, markets, models, and software.
  • Being relentlessly useful in helping our clients grow and expand their commercial capabilities.
  • Ability to think both strategically around commercial opportunities and also get hands-on building models, coding them in the program of your choice, and deploying them in the cloud as an interactive web app or API.

Travel Requirements:

  • Travel to client sites and occasional travel within Canada and the US is required.
